Our
staff is comprised of Soccer
Educators
Our
staff grows with each summer making it the best ever! Every carefully
selected coach has demonstrated an aptitude for
motivating kids and recognizing teaching moments. They
are effective communicators dedicated to soccer
education.
-
Trained
to Implement Curriculum - every coach follows the same
teaching format designed to inspire kids imagination,
creativity, decision-making, inventiveness, and artistry.
-
Motivate
Kids - we are about motivating kids. We
specifically look for coaches that are out to motivate
kids. We are passionate about seeing kids
exceed themselves and the expectations of
others.
-
Player-Coach
Ratios - our ratios of player to coach are designed
for success based on our internationally recognized
curriculum. Players are grouped so that the number
is ideal for implementing activities that teach the
SasvariWay concepts
-
Commitment to
Developing Coaching/Teaching Skills - we only want
those that don't think they know it all. Coaches who
are students of coaching are welcome here.
-
Being
a Former Player is NOT Enough - too many camps
depend solely on former players as coaches. The
ability to teach, motivate, and bring the
best out in every player is not inherent in all those
who have played the game.
-
Every
Player Learns - teaching the very best players is
too easy. Getting the most out of the least
experienced child who lacks confidence is the true measure
of a great coach - and it is what we look for in every
coach
We create a culture of soccer educators who are committed
to developing innovative training methods. Each one is
passionate about teaching soccer and finding ways to
motivate kids through the game. Each coach is committed
to a better way to develop players. Each one contributes
to our curriculum that is designed to inspire passion,
creativity, imagination, inventiveness, and artistry. And that
curriculum is consistent at every SasvariWay Training
Center.

The
Sasvari Way staff is comprised of Soccer
Educators that have
the ability to teach and motivate young players to exceed
themselves under the Sasvari Way program curriculum.
